Prior to initiation, prospective members must demonstrate that scholarship is their top priority. We require daily study hall for all prospective members that did not receive a 3.0 GPA in the previous semester in order to enable them to improve their grades and better understand the value gained from proper preparation. Attendance in all classes is manditory for prospective members. Westminster College maintains a 16:1 student ratio, not taking benefit of such great access to instructors is one of the main reasons students are forced to leave Westminster. Prospective members are required to earn a 2.5 GPA in order to be initiated. Active members of Phi Delta Theta are required to maintain a 2.5 GPA in order to remain members in good standing. |
